Level(3)

Level(3) is a large Tier-1 carrier. Using their services often comes with large usage minimums, however, with expertise in IP and CLEC status in just about every state they are able to offer origination and other services in many areas where other providers cannot.
Level(3) is one of the largest resellers of SIP/VoIP enabled connectivity, often times powering many (if not almost all) smaller Tier-X providers.
